How we work

Operating model

IBG started in 2021 as a focused services operation. The studio is led by Vsevolod Mehed, working with a vetted network of senior independent specialists in software engineering, AI systems, web design, and marketing infrastructure. Every project has a single senior operator owning delivery — no account managers between you and the work. This structure lets us ship faster than traditional agencies while staying small, accountable, and senior throughout.

What we focus on

We work on projects where engineering quality matters: internal systems, AI workflows that need to run in production, marketing infrastructure that finance teams trust, and websites that survive past a launch. Our typical engagement is 4–12 weeks of focused work with a clear scope, fixed senior team, and measurable handover.

Vsevolod Mehed

Vsevolod Mehed founded IBG in 2021 after a decade across software delivery, web production, automation, and digital operations. At IBG, he leads client strategy, technical planning, and delivery oversight across the studio. He works hands-on with a small set of senior engineers and designers, brought into projects when scope requires deeper specialization.
