This Privacy Policy applies to IBG CORE LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("IBG," "we," "us," or "our"), operating the website at ibg.guru. What we collect
We collect information you provide directly when you submit the contact form on this site: your name, work email address, company name (optional), project type selection, and the description of your project. We do not collect payment information through this site. We do not use advertising trackers, cross-site tracking pixels, or identify individual visitors through analytics.
How we use it
Information submitted through the contact form is used solely to respond to your inquiry and, if an engagement begins, to manage the project relationship. Data retention
Contact form submissions are retained for the duration of any active business relationship and for 24 months after our last communication. If no engagement begins following an inquiry, submissions are retained for 24 months and then deleted. Anonymous analytics data is retained in aggregate form indefinitely. Your rights
You have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, request corrections, request deletion, and object to our processing of your data. Service providers
We use the following third-party service providers in operating this site: Formspree — processes contact form submissions and delivers them to us via email. Formspree's privacy policy governs their handling of form data. Hosting provider — this site is served by a virtual private server. Server logs may retain IP addresses for security and debugging purposes for up to 30 days. We may add analytics providers (such as Plausible or Umami) in the future; this policy will be updated when that occurs.
